Sarwang Parikh LMFT

Sarwang (he/they) is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who has been practicing therapy for over fifteen years now in various clinical and community settings. He serves a range of clients centering BIPOC folks. They have a special affinity in working with educators, social justice activists and spiritual seekers on a healing journey through intergenerational trauma.

Sarwang also leads trainings and teaches mindfulness meditation focusing on social well-being and trauma-informed approaches.  He is an inspired educator supporting  people and organizations to tap into their inner-sustainability. Sarwang regularly teaches at the East Bay Meditation Center

Sarwang is passionately committed towards healing justice, invested in social change and personal healing through mindfulness and psychospiritual practices.  He currently lives and works on unceded Ohlone terriroty in East Bay, CA.
