“Rarely, if ever, are any of us healed in isolation.
Healing is an act of communion”

I want to honor you in your search towards healing, change and growth. Change takes courage and it takes even more to ask for support. May what I have to offer be a resource and refuge for you wherever you are in this journey. May you receive exactly the medicine you need at this time in your life.
The impact of untended emotions and life experiences shaped by culture can lead to patterns of symptoms that might be identified as: anxiety, depression, chronic stress, focus/attention issues, anger outbursts, chronic fatigue, etc.
I support my clients in navigating unique aspects of their lives including social identity, racial trauma, impacts of patriarchy, burnout, growing relationship, life transitions, purpose, spiritual direction, intergenerational healing and childhood trauma to name a few.
My Approach
I offer an attuned and compassionate space grounded in liberation psychology weaving contemporary approaches with Buddhist psychology and a decolonized lens to healing.
I honor your unique growth and innate wholeness, and I’d be honored to support your journey.
What Is Therapy?
Therapy is a collaborative process of growth that enables us to explore and understand our conditioning with the guidance of a compassionate witness. Change begins by first gaining awareness of our Self, along with the habits, patterns and choices that hinder and support us. Through reflection and creative work we learn to make more skillful choices and decisions aligned with our core values. Healing takes work. It is both deeply personal and relational work rooted in radical honesty, self-discovery and vulnerability.
Choosing to be honest is the first step in the process of love. There is no practitioner of love who deceives. Once the choice has been made to be honest, then the next step on love's path is communication.
